Shipping policy 

Himalayan Shilajit.net  provides free worldwide shipping facilities. We ship through courier partners like DHL, Aramex, and Apex. Days to reach the destination depend from location to location. 

After dispatch from our warehouse, the shipment is delivered to the UAE in 5to 6 working days.

After dispatch from our warehouse, the package for the USA is delivered in 9 to 12 working days.

After dispatch from our warehouse, the package for the UK is delivered in 9 to 12 working days.

After dispatch from our warehouse, the package for the Netherlands is delivered in 9 to 12 working days.

Typically, the order will be processed and finished two days after you place it. You will receive an email with information about the order’s progress and the time it will take to dispatch the order from our warehouse. In case of unforeseen circumstances or holidays, you will be notified about the possible dispatch time.

Himalayan Shilajit.net  team is not liable for any customs fees or taxes that may be imposed on your order. Any charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) levied during or the following shipping are solely the customer’s responsibility.

Refund and Return policy 

Order Cancellation

Any cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. 

If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled as our courier partner charges us as soon as they receive the parcel.

Damage Issue

All of the shilajit  jars are packaged to the highest standard. 

However, sometimes due to shipping accidents, the packages may end up getting damaged or lost. We have specific steps that must be taken to retrieve the package in situations like this:

Please give us a thorough video or photo of the damage or leak issues before opening the plastic seal that is wrapped along the jar 

If the video or photo is authentic, our logistics team will carefully review it, and if so, we will reship your product to you at no additional cost.

Any fraud or deceptions that are found won’t be taken into account.

If the damaged product is reported after 5 days from the date of delivery, your request for a refund or replacement product will not be accepted.

Missing Order Issue 

Please include a picture of the delivered package’s invoice and send it to our email. After reviewing your ticket and performing any necessary internal checks, we will give you an update and send you a replacement product.
